New Edition is finally headed to Las Vegas. On Monday (Nov. 6), the sextet confirmed the news of their long-awaited Sin City residency. The six intimate shows will take place in early 2024 from Feb. 28 through March 9, to be exact, at Wynn Las Vegas’ The Encore. The group first teased the major announcement the day prior.
In a joint statement, Bobby Brown, Ralph Tresvant, Ronnie DeVoe, Johnny Gill, Michael Bivins, and Ricky Bell shared, “Fulfilling a career-long dream to solidify ourselves with a residency performance in the entertainment capital of the world, we are beyond excited to embark on this fantastical journey at the Encore Theater at Wynn Las Vegas. On behalf of all of us, including Ronnie, Bobby, Ricky, Mike, Ralph & Johnny, it is our extreme purpose to give our fans a show that they cannot witness anywhere else in the world.”

After hinting towards the residency route ahead of their Legacy Tour, VIBE‘s July 2023 cover stars also enlisted the help of Sherri to reveal that they will be performing “classic material” during their residency like “Candy Girl,” “Can You Stand The Rain,” and “If It Isn’t Love” with Gill teasing, “It’ll be the best show on Earth.”
Bobby Reynolds, Senior VP of AEG Presents Las Vegas, also spoke on New Edition’s upcoming residency. “We are honored to have Encore Theater at Wynn Las Vegas serve as the home to New Edition’s first-ever Las Vegas residency,” he stated. “Encore Theater’s roster is comprised of legendary talents, and it only makes sense to have an iconic music group like New Edition join its ranks. We are thrilled to present a series of sure-to-be unforgettable performances to fans in 2024.”
Tickets go on sale this Friday, Nov. 10 at 10 a.m. PT.
