Beyonce is getting ready to provide financial help to Texans who have been affected by the severe snowstorm that has caused a massive shutdown.

On Friday, the Houston native announced that she has partnered with Adidas to give back through her foundation Bey-GOOD. Both companies are also working with the nonprofit Bread of Life Inc to give $1000 to those in need.

For days, the state of Texas has been hit with severe weather conditions that caused power outages, floods, and even destroyed homes.

To be granted the money, people had to apply for the payment through the Disaster Relief Assistance Application Form. Since the announcement, the application had to be close within 24 hours due to an overwhelming response from applicants.

Insider reports that there have been at least 10 deaths due to hypothermia and said that dozens of death can be linked to the storm.
